Biological amplifiers (comparison of our product families)

 

In our choice there are three different amplifier systems. All of them are up-to-date, easy to use, highly reliable, microprocessor-controlled constructions. We manufacture three different amplifier families, because the three product lines are optimized for different application fields. Please read through the appropriate descriptions for the details.

MultiAmp    This biological (electrophysiological) amplifier family is optimized for multichannel recording applications. MultiAmp is an economical, modularly expandable construction. The base units are 8-channel, or 16-channel amplifiers. MultiAmp has got 8 positions of gain, 4 position of high pass filters, and the upper limit of the passband is fixed to 10 kHz. The built-in filters are Bessel-type filter with linear phase response.

 

 

BioAmp    This is the most universal biological amplifier in our product choice. BioAmp has got 8 positions of gain, 8 position of high pass filter, 8 position of low pass filter, and a sophisticated notch (hum noise) filter. The built-in filters are Bessel-type filter with linear phase response. BioAmp is perfect for nearly all of electrophysiological applications (except for patch clamp recording).

 

 

LinearAmp    This is a precise signal conditioner amplifier optimized for biological (electrophysiological) applications. LinearAmp has got 8 positions of gain, 8 position of Bessel-type high pass filter, 8 position of low pass filter, and a sophisticated notch (hum noise) filter. The low pass filter is an 8-pole, Bessel-type filter with linear phase response. Furthermore there is a DC offset correction circuit of +/- 200 mV, with 0.1 mV of resolution.
